How quickly can you ship my order?
All orders received before 4:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time) are processed and shipped the same day. Any orders received over the weekend will ship out on Monday.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Allow one to five business days for your order to arrive depending on your location. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground.
How can I track my order?
If you did not receive an email confirmation with your tracking number, please email the customer service department at info@pospaperroll.com or call 866-464-7655.
Does PosPaperRoll.com sell to resellers and will you blind ship my order to my customers?
Yes, we sell to a large network of resellers, distributors, office supply houses, POS hardware and software companies and many other industry related corporations. Please leave us a note when placing your order and we’ll ship it out as blind shipment.
What is the difference between thermal, bond, and carbonless paper rolls?
- Thermal Paper Rolls: Thermal paper is heat-sensitive paper used for printers that apply heat for printing. Thermal paper rolls are commonly used by POS machines and credit card receipt printers.
- Bond Paper Rolls: Bond paper rolls use traditional non-reactive papers for standard ink printing. Printers that use bond paper rolls must also use ink ribbons.
- Carbonless 2-ply or 3-ply: Carbonless paper rolls allow for duplicate or triple copy receipts. Just like bond paper rolls, ink is used for printing on the first sheet of paper. Then the impact from the printing on the first sheet is transferred to the second yellow sheet. For 3-ply rolls a third copy on pink paper is produced.
